... made her impact with Morecambe & Wise in June 1971 as Cleopatra, in Ernie's version of Antony & Cleopatra. This brought her comedic potential to the attention of the Hollywood film–maker Melvin Frank, who offered her the lead female role in A Touch of Class. It won her a second Best Actress Oscar in 1974 (the first being for Women in Love in 1969).
